Yes , when are you considered starving enough to help yourself to anything available and when is is looting? Seems crazy that anyone would stay in New O just to "loot" gorceries. But then you only have to look through this site to see the kind of bigotry that goes on.

Agreed. I like Diet Pepsi too, but I don't think I'd wade through a mile of chest high cess pool, laden with corpses, just for some icy refreshment....

They are probably calling this "looting" and the other "finding" becuz there's a difference between a loaf of bread and a big ass, giant trash bag full of God knows what! However, there are white folks down there stealing shit too.
