It makes you wonder what the Democrat administrations said to kerb immigration
officials and officers.
I mean, all Tump said was go out and do your fucking jobs.
What we have seen lately is exactly what there job description is and has been
for almost 25 years now.
So WTF did Biden and Obama do?

2003–2015: ICE’s budget remained relatively modest, increasing from about
$3.3 billion in 2003 to $5.96 billion in 2015. This period saw steady growth,
but funding remained below that of other DHS agencies.
2015–2024: The budget continued to rise, reaching $9.6 billion in FY
2024—nearly a triplication since 2003—driven by expanded detention capacity,
electronic monitoring, and deportation operations.
2025–2026: A meteoric spike occurred following the passage of the "One
Big Beautiful Bill Act" (OBBBA) in 2025. ICE’s budget jumped from ~$10
billion to $85 billion, with $75 billion allocated over four years for staffing,
detention expansion, and enforcement operations.

When your budget goes from 10 billion and gets 7.5x you better make sure the
pollies can see they are getting their monies worth.

ICE, with its vastly enlarged budget, has gone on a hiring spree and put a huge
number of people inexperienced in law enforcement out on the streets as law
enforcement as though sending them into battle. They are often not acting
legally as per the constitution, and many innocent people are being hurt in the
process. They are quite obviously NOT doing their job, at least not in a legal
fashion, and being used to intimidate local and state governments that are
Democrat majority. Heavily armed, masked troops who often refuse to identify
themselves, grab whoever they want, shoot at moving vehicles, and send people to
foreign prisons with no warrants or trials are not something the majority of
Americans want roaming the streets. The right wing idiots think they're making a
point in their own favor saying no one complained when 3 million people were
deported during the Obama administration as millions were also during the Biden
years, totally missing the point that it was done while following the
constitution's guarantee of due process for everyone on U.S. soil, not just
citizens as they want to believe, without the huge paramilitary presence.
