That means a computer cannot replace the upper levels of a bureaucracy - yet
some fantasists believe it will:
Therefore the Senior Executive Service was invented: select lawyers so bad at
it the private sector won't even look at them, let them kiss backside in your
political party to be appointed to run government departments they know nothing
about as the only chance they have for a healthy income, use other lawyers to
ensure they are in debt relative to those incomes - so they're desperate to
renew the short term employment contracts. As they must please the party to do
that, require they simplify their jobs so any idiot can do it, on ever
spiralling incomes the taxpayer foots the bill for, 'discover' government is
short of money, sell the public service to private funds you have money invested
in - so the taxpayer contracts (signed by you) to fund the running cost, the
lawyers are sacked and replaced with scripts (software) and you profit!
Of course, you told them what can be done to dissidents. Their levels of debt
mean they must sell out of the expensive suburbs the party management live in,
so after a little unpleasantness, they're gone. Private investigators are then
paid to watch them, that's one thing done to dissidents.
