Well, you got some potential. But if you want to improve I've got some pointer you can try.
1) Try drawing on some other kind of paper. The akvarel paper you are using is difficult to draw on with coal or pencil. The dust tends to cramp the drawing.
2) try make your head rounder, and make the shape using shade.
3) Maybe use a pointier pencil and use coal for the shade.

Besides that, it's a great drawing. You should'nt stop practicing and nevermind the negative reply. All they want is to se tits'n ass.

I did a lot of self portrait in sculpture and I thought it was great for learning the basic bone structure and muscle on someone who won't get bored half way through! Now I go to life drawing/sculpture classes were there is a model who is payed to stand still for hours. Nice drawing I am impressed with the eyes which are what drives me the most insane.

This is on canvas because I painted on it with acrylic and oil colors. I keep modifying this painting, now it looks quite different. For a while I have also kept putting the modifications on the web at this URL where the nature of this painting is better explained:
