Pulse is too intelligent to be a vegan: the brain uses a substance called foline as solder to join its wires together. You don't need much in your diet. It's found in meat, milk, cheese and eggs.

What's your diet Woberto?

I completed Around the Bay yesterday. 220KM (136 miles), and as it turns out was the wettest Melbourne day in more than a year.

It took me 9 hours, but should've been way faster than that; I was averaging around 35km/h from Melbourne to Geelong -> Queenscliff, caught the ferry over to Sorrento and that's where the rain started, which really slowed me down.

I saw 4 people come off at various parts of the ride, one at the bottom of the Westgate Bridge which I found out later ended up in hospital with a broken shoulder. Still, was a fun day out.

Thanks, my longest ride. I've done the 100KM ATB a few times, this was my first time doing the full thing.

Previous longest ride was 150KM.

So Albert Park (also the location of the Australian F1 race) to Queenscliff, approx 120KM I did in roughly 3.5 hours.

Sorrento back to Albert Park was ~5.5 hours to do about the same distance; the rain was insane.

I was going to do the 220 last year but wimped out and did the 100. Maybe I mentioned it then?
