This is pretty much what I said the other day. Nobody wins in a trade war. You inflict so much self harm..

In the meantime Portugal has announced they will buy European fighter jets instead of the F35, because they don't trust the US. This kind of response weakens the entire platform and again costs billions.

Australia hasn't responded to the aluminium tariffs but there's calls for it in parliament, and just like other countries I think there will be support of "don't buy American".
