I don't agree with a lot of what Noam Chomsky has said, but I believe this is an accurate assessment...

I've espoused for years that if the American public was fully aware of the heinous acts purpetrated by our government in our name, abroad as well as domestically, there'd be a revolution.

Ask this simple question: why must so much of what our government does be shrouded in later upon layer of secrecy if its actions and policies are righteous
