With just 3 simple changes made to holding congressional office a huge improvement would likely follow:

1. Stop all stock trading by congressional members while in office.

2. Stop all congressional lobbying by any corporate or political groups.

3. Impose term limits to those holding congressional office. If 2 terms is enough for all presidents it's just as logical for congressional members.

Though these are all good #3 would likely do the most good for the American populace
