One candidate is continuously fawned over, every excuse created for any
possible foible or miss step, data/polling/rally attendance figures constantly
manipulated and all manner of other realities created to move an agenda forward
by any and every facet of the media.
For the other candidate, none of the above applies, so here's the simple
question: do you really trust the one who's being thrust forward upon you by a
media apparatus we all know is so full of it that brown 25 is literally oozing
from every pore and orifice, and just buy into their BS and call it a day, OR
... not?

(raising hand) Properly taxing the mega-rich would add a
billion dollars
to the economy over ten years. The guy on the right has been lowering them.

Hmm, I see you suffer from the same deluded ideas most on the left all cling to
regarding taxation and how that really works.
Taxing the piss outta the rich just decreases their ability to invest in the
very same companies that make the things we buy and provide us jobs. This in
turn winds up increasing costs of good and services we all consume yet somehow
you thinks that's a good thing.
In reality however, those billionaires you so vehemently want tax will just use
the tax laws available to them to circumvent any such taxation by moving funds
around so the new taxes don't land on them anyway.
This leads to the end result that such claims by politicians to "Make the
rich pay their FAIR SHARE!" is essentially just verbose nonsense made to
appeal to a base who've been trained like seal pups to hate the people that
actually employ them
