Why would someone even ask the question?
How do you know if someone is vegan? They'll soon tell you. Why? There's a substance called Foline, it's the solder that joins the wiring in the brain together. You don't need much in your diet. It's found in meat, milk, cheese and eggs. Exactly what vegans don't eat.
