It's meant to display when thumbnail generation fails (particularly on large animated GIFs). We'll see how things go. There was a lot of missing thumbnails far down in the gallery and while I could've regenerated them I'm very lazy.

We have a glass shower door. I flicked it closes the other day then went to catch it before it slammed and just missed. Perfectly got me on my ring finger nail. Still blood under it a week later.
