Update: Dad's dead so chair is in my yard now..
He never liked it and I'm pretty sure he never sat in even one time.. "they're too hard to get out of"

Perhaps he was a wise man.
Imagine being an old fella and getting stuck in a laid-back chair, then needing a helping hand but nobody was around!
