I had to hold my nose to do it but yes I did. Better an adult with questionable

Meh, it was an easy choice for me, although I'd rather have been able to vote
for Ted Cruz, but, I'll take someone acting for the good of our country any day
over someone who viewed our system as a personal piggy bank/ATM.

What's most egregious is we're all victims of a 2 party system that allows for
no one outside those 2 parties to have a real shot at getting elected. Ross
Perot is as close as anyone ever came to making a 3rd party candidate president
and sadly all that did was divide the opposition parties vote and allowed
Clinton a victory. This of course has lead most folks to stay within the
confines of the 2 party system ever since because of that result.
The real answer to a much needed political change here would be the
implementation of term limits which could well end the block voting from long
term incumbents who refuse to stray from the party lines. A constitutional
convention is the only way that will ever come to pass though because the powers
that be in congress would never vote that in.
