A triumph of British architecture and middle eastern money, there's just one
problem. Most concrete is 50mpa, this building required specialist 120mpa and
that had to be made to order. There's only one of these. The shorter tower
design where you rotate each floor a small angle compared to the one below it
requires off the shelf cement, and they're going up all over the place.
