Two fakes are better than one?

I don't mean the pic is a fake but the flaming fart is, it's pretty obvious that the guy behind the fellow with his pants down is spraying something flammable on the fire. It would have been done better if they'd have hidden the other guy better or if the "farting" guy managed to do it on his own.
