Meh, luckily my cast iron constitution allows me to eat just about anything without recourse afterwards. The only things that don't agree with me are greasy foods

In my younger years I had a cast iron gastro-intestinal system too. I could eat anything. Not no more. Greasy stuff was always somewhat of a gut bomb but that was to be expected. I still like hot & spicy but my tummy doesn't so much anymore.
