I've seen documentaries and read articles where plastic surgeons enjoy doing the boob jobs, face lifts and tummy tucks, etc because of the money they can make, but get real satisfaction from cases like this one. What's more, they are more able to do work like this because they have done the other stuff so much and have better skills because of it.

(Yes I know it's a generalisation).

It is completely amazing. The man was missing so much of his face, had no nose or teeth and now he's got all that again and it's all working. 36 hours is a damn long surgery but it is still amazing that they were able to do that at all.
