Probably a gust of wind, slamming door and stomping on the floor detector too. Good thing the grenade is a plastic toy. I hope the egg is hard boiled.

I am no munitions expert but it seems rather small compared to the egg and cards unless it's a really big egg, big cards or HGs are a lot smaller than I thought, plus it looks like there's a nice molded plastic seam on the grenade. Besides that, the pic you put up I think would still be considered a toy. Potentially hazardous I suppose but I don't think smoke and BBs are considered to be deadly weapons. It's all fun and games until some loses an eye.
