"f1 racing will be extinct in the next ten years"
How did you get that idea. F1 is extremely popular all over the world - except
from USA perhaps. Is it just becauce you prefer to watch cars drive around in
circles?

In the past ten years there has been a slew of financial trouble for the
owners, sponsors and even ferrari has had their slew of financial problems.Like
it or not f1 racing has been declining and will it continue to run into problems
with the worldwide recession.I personally enjoy f1 racing even though its rarely
shown anymore on espn and it's certainly better then nascar[which is more of a
reality drama show these days];(

F1 is still very profitable, most of the teams are doing very well.
Yes, a few of the manufacturers have pulled out, but that's not because the
teams were losing money, it's because the parent companies were and they needed
to be seen to do something about it.
Teams like Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull, Mercedes and Renault are very cashed up
and the rest will survive.
we'll see though. I doubt 10 years will see the death of F1.
