These are all Nasa research aircraft at the Dryden Flight Research center.
From left, clockwise; X31 research aircraft, F-15B two seater, Lockheed SR-71B,
F-16XL, X38 Lifting body, the radio controlled "mothership" (which
almost looks like a Piper Cub in the thumbnail) and finally. the X36.

The tow tractor or tug looks like an Eagle TT-4, but I'm not 100% sure.

The X31 is remarkably similar to the Chengdu J-10. I wonder where the Chinese
came up with their idea!

Ah,shit! I didn't miss it, just forgot to type it! Thanks GAK. You're right,
it's the F-106 Delta Dart. It truly warms my heart to know that we have a few
aviation buffs on this site.
