I think you meant women in combat. Women in the hospitals is a good idea. Reactivating the draft, another good idea.

Our base dental clinic had seven or eight hygienists, and they were all gorgeous, and they all had huge tits. And I do mean all of them, and I do mean huge. Not just "bigger than average", but stripper-grade monster jugs, except they were all real, at least the ones I had rested on my head over the years. I don't know who was in charge of staffing, but I would have to assume it was a man, and I applaud him for pulling it off.
