There is a term for the type of sex that might have this result: amplexus. It is not common in humans, but is common among toad and frog species. It is pseudo-copulation. The male has no mechanism to get it up, so he squeezes himself against the female genitalia over a long period and leaks at her. This chick is cute enough that it might work, but doesn't sound like so much fun -- and she hardly looks satisified.
