On a crap day, I'd imagine that place would cop some pretty nasty weather.

Still, I'd have it. Especially if it was right in the middle of the ocean, away from all you fuckers. Nobody to bother me but pirates.

That's why you build the place like a fortress with thick reinforced concrete walls, cast iron railings and storm windows rated to 140+ MPH winds so you can just sit there and relax and watch the hurricanes blow through.
