Probably a newer home built to more strict standards among some older homes.
Looks like a "Jim Walters" home; I was on a crew that framed a few of
them back in the early 80s.

I read somewhere that this particular home had been built specifically to be
"hurrican proof". I'd like to know what they did just to keep the
shingles on the roof! I have seen a better close up of this house and it looks
totally pristine, which is really wild since it's totally surrounded by nothing
but wreckage

You read about and saw the close up photo the second time all these hurricane
photos were posted.
How many more times are they all going to be posted?

If it bothers you so much to see this pic I have to wonder why you bothered to
click on it to open it, and then took the time to comment? BTW, here's a novel
