I wonder how far the front tires came off the ground?

A few months ago here, some dillweed left the boom up on a backhoe when he loaded it on a trailer and proceded to hit the underside of a bridge on Interstate Hwy. 75. About a four mile stretch of the highway had to be shut down for weeks while beams and other potions of the bridge were replaced.
