Nope that's Cuba, where the government is a joke. Since the US doesn't trade with Cuba at least one of my Internationals found it's way there through another country. I don't think the lack of commerce with US really harms them in any way as they're obviously still able to get the products they need elsewhere.

Cubans will face a 500 per cent surge in the fuel price from February, the biggest single increase on the island in decades.
