And you thought circumcision was a Jew thing, the Jews were "one" with Egypt, that's how they came up with all of those stories in the Bible, most of those stories have Egyptian Jew roots....

which is what this is. Egypt circumcising their jewish slaves. Then Moses cam and did a Kamehameha at the sea. Reminds me i want to see that movie "Holy Moses" again.

what is immediately apparent to me here is that the doers are coloured differently from the receivers. I would like to know where this came from and who coloured it, presuming that it was taken from somewhere and not drawn last week by your sister.

Maybe they are just getting their pubs trimed and it has nothing to do with circumcision or jews. The one on the right is affectionately putting his hand on the dude's head -- not the way you would act if you were loosing your foreskin.

I had it backwards to, first you look at the right side and see a slave following the instructions (first grab the snake then bite it like a prey bird)
then you go to the left side and you see a second slave grabing the master so he doesn't whip the shit out of the first slave for cuting his dick off.
