If you follow the bridge support down... and you look where the car is in
relation to it... and where the people at the bottom are in relation to it...
it's not rocket science. Even if they aren't right under it it's not too
brilliant to be standing anywhere in that general vicinity.

Would take a good wind to blow the car 35 metres if it fell.
While you're discussing rocket science look at the other picture , the vehicle
went through the rail 9 metres from the highest point of the bridge, the shelter
these people are next to is a long way from the centre of the bridge.
