Only yanks would make an engine that only revs to five and a half grand and then attach a stick shift.
Probably still uses push rods too!

Not a fan of the push rod motor here either. Rediculous, outdated and always makes less HP than OHC, much less DOHC and will NEVER see the revs those designs allow.

Sadly even when the US manufacturers use an OHC design they never do it right ... sheesh

which "spped omo" are you looking at??
Looks like about 28mph from where I'm sittin..
