Yeah it probably is some kind of armored boat. Broadside cannons on a train
just don't make as much sense.

Don't have to look closely at all to see it's a ship but that sucker's gonna
fall over brfore they get it in the water. Art is cool but gravity sucks.

Once you get it moving it would be held upright by gyroscopic forces the same
way a bicycle is. It could even have "gyros' designed specifically for that
purpose making it a lot more laterally stable than it would appear.
