That's correct, there are certain regions in the world that serve that dish, one of them in Sonora Mexico, it does taste very good....

FYI The main reason Asian poor people eat dogs, cats snakes & rats is cause beef & pork is expensive and reserved for the rich, now eating roasted iguana that's a plus +.
