Geez, whoever made that sign certainly has a strange useage of punctuation.
Prolly another goddamned college grad that can't spell, read or write

I think maybe; whoever made that sign; meant to use colons; but used
semicolons; instead.

Hooker Cockram was formed in 1985, through the merger of Cockram Constructions
and K.G. Hooker Builders. Our operation in the Australian building industry
dates back to 1861.
Cockram Constructions was founded as Thomas Cockram & Co in 1861, and later
as Thomas Cockram and Sons with projects including:
Victorian Government School No. 450, Fitzroy, 1874
Grand Hotel (The Windsor), Melbourne 1883
Princess Theatre, Melbourne 1886
KG Hooker Builders was founded in 1950 and is known for the construction of
landmark buildings around Melbourne including:
Alliance Assurance Building
McEwan House
Hooker Cockram expanded into the International arena in 1992. Our first project
was in China and we now operate in Australia, China, USA and Puerto Rico.
