No hate in such a statement at all. It's really simple so .... try really, really hard and it's my most sincere hope that even you can get this one madnez : in America we speak ENGLISH.

We don't speak Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, German, French, Italian, Polish, Swahili, or any of the many other languages spoken all over the world as a national language here ... WE SPEAK ENGLISH !!!!!

In Germany does one have to press 1 for German? In France does one have to press 1 for French? In Japan does one have to press 1 for Japanese? In Italy for Italian? I really don't know the answer to those questions but I can make a pretty good guess. If you go to a country where a language different than your own is the primary language you either supply your own interpreter or learn the language. All this Spanish speaking ass kissing in the US is getting really old in a hurry.

Hopefully everyone here and everyone else in the US that hates that shit speaks up to the companies doing the shit, the problem now is that if you go to bitch about it now-a-days the people you are talking to are on the other side of the world. Whatever the people just let go of they get more of in an even more profitable way for the companies, the line has to be drawn by the people or they will keep milking.

When you get someone from another country, hang up, now do that a couple of more times, some companies have an automatic dialer, after you hang up so many times they automatically transfer you to a US rep.

Mexicao doesnt say" speak spanish only

mex buddy, i don't think the arguement was about speaking english only, that's a whole other thread.

i do agree that in a country where english is the primary language that people should not be surprised when they are asked to press a button to make it easier for them to understand. i know that if i were in another country i would like the opportunity for instructions to be given in my native tongue, which i have not seen anywhere else. why alienate your native population to be "politically correct"? garanteed to piss of more people (the majority) by doing so.

It's not at all about denying people the right to use their natitive toungue, it's about respect for the folks whose country you have chosen to come to from wherever else that might be. If someone wants to be in the US then they need to become a part of the US just like everyone else did who came here before - if they want things to be the way they were where they came from they need to go home.

There is no chinese in China, there is Mandarin, Cantones, and about 20 more dialects
in Africa you have several countries and their Language goes from French to English to Southafrican and probably 100 dialects more
in France their main language is French but there are regions where they speak Italian, Swiss, Spanish, Barcelones etc.
in Spain they mainly speak spanish and Barcelones
in Mexico it's mainly Spanish but also Taraumara, Yaqui, Mixteco and about 20 more dialects
and last we have Canada where half the country speaks English the other French and also there are some dialects, sorry there is no language called Canadian
So mr madmex2000 you got "NONE" right.
