I wish I had some pics of a "twin-steer" Pete I used to see from time
to time when I worked at a Ruan truck terminal. The sucker had a customized
conventional cabover cab, 2 sets of steering axles one right behind the other up
front, then 2 sets of dually rear axles like a conventional tractor and had a
short 15' flat bed trailer built on, then pulled a specially mated 20-25' long
pup trailer behind it. That was one very unusual set up, at least for around
here.
