I alsways LOVED these cars and felt they were made waaaaay ahead of their time.
When these were 1st introduced in the 70s they were sold for a whoppin $10,000.
As a point of perspective a Jag XKE was goin for about $5,800 at the time.
If you could buy these today for $10k they wouldn't be able to keep 'em on the
dealers showroom floors

You are so correct MrKim! These autos were way ahead of there time. They did
have some craftmanship troubles with body fit and Finish. The Ford 351 V8 was
easy to work on. This machine was fast as hell. I had a friend that owned one
when it was brand new. I rode along with him on many weekends in the beast. We
did spend a good deal of time working on the thing. But FUN non the less. Like
you I wish I owned one today. I think you can find a good one now days around
40K and up!
