I found these in an automobile I purchased. I don't know what they are. The
casing is like a .380auto (9mm x 17mm) in length, but the rim on the casing is
larger than .380 or 9mm luger. Anyone recognize?

these are 9mmk blank rounds, the russain version of the 9mm para. ammunition.

9mm K stands for 9mm kurtz whicm translates to 9mm short. It is the same
caliber as the .380 auto. As for the load, I would gues it is a chot load or a
blank.
