Same sort of thing as the trucks in pic 34213, just a bit smaller. Both pics are from South Africa and the trucks were built by the Pacific Truck Co. (now defunct) somewhere up in the US Pacific Northwest. Thet didn't build many trucks as compared to other manufacturers but they built some bigguns & shipped 'em all around the world.
