New Orleans was a shithole before Katrina hit and after we spend billions it will become a shithole again. It is a city where all the welfare trash congregates. White, black, brown, you name it's there. Once a year they have a city wide hedonistic party where people go to fuck strangers and that's about it.

Yeah, and my hometown now has a huge population of these "displaced" welfare fucks .... so nice :>(

It's not a problem that's gone unnoticed here either since every area these "displaced" individuals have been moved into has experienced an increased crime rate, again .... how nice :>(

Live here John ? Know the depth of the problem from this side of the fence do you ? Paying to keep these fuckers supplied with food, housing and crack are ya buddy. Feel good about your friends whose wives and girlfriends fear being out at night in these areas do you?

Let me know if any of these are pieces of your life, then talk to me about compassion for people living well off the public dole for generations who don't even have the decency not to bite the the hands that feed, house and clothe them.

I have TONS of compassion for those actually attempting to just get on with their lives in a productive manner. For those content to continue their tradition of living out of John Q Publics back pocket, I have none.

Just one last thought here.

If there is a single country more giving of themselves than is America and Americans, I ask anyone who can do so to name it.

When crises of all types and magnitudes occur in whatever corner of the globe, we are there as quickly and with as much compassion and caring assistance as can be amassed.

To speak of the American people as less than compassionate truly only speaks of a lack of understanding of our depth as a people.
