With 96+ Gigs of music on my HD, the penalties would be more than I could
afford if I got nailed. The RIAA would bankrupt me if I got caught sharing all
my files. If there were a truly safe way to do so, I would :>P

You know, I have 6GB of music. And it's all legal. I'm a musician myself, and
I'm friends with musicians, and I believe that for all of the hard work and
dedication it takes to learn to play those instruments or sing well, they
deserve some reward for allowing us to share their talents

I used to share my music files, but not
anymore. Like I said, with what I have they'd nail my ass to the wall & it

trojan, would your musician friends rather get a record deal, sell 10,000
albums and make 10 cents each, or have everyone in the world hear their music
for free? I would think a true artist(painter, actor, musican) would rather be
known as a great artist, not as the richest artist. If I create something on
photoshop and am proud of it, I post it on here for free and for everyone to
enjoy. If you had to pay ONE cent for every picture you looked at on this
site(or porn613) it would shut down.
They have places where you can get music cd's, movies, books and magazines of
all kinds for FREE, called LIBRARIES!!!! Should we shut them down too? Only the
people with money should be able to enjoy anything with a Copywrite?
