Nestle aggressively market expensive baby milk to mothers of undernourished children. The kids would benefit much more from breastmilk, the family would benefit much more by spending money on proper food rather than giving it to Nestle. This is just one example...

my wife bought nestle with our children, it was cheaper than enfamil, all things considered theres enough brands out there that if they priced it to high they could not keep up in the free market,dont see the issue
