It's made by VW, who bough Bugatti. It has 4 narrow-angle VW VR4s, so it's a W16. Aim was to produce 1001bhp and 250mph. Trouble is, they haven't managed to make it driveable yet.

Front end includes the Bugatti horseshoe grill, as featured on their pre-war cars, which won everything in their day, including Indianapolis 500

Well they certainly made it driveable.

10 years on its successor, the Chiron, is just around the corner.
