The Rangers used to have spring training here until a few years ago. The only
professional game I've been to was one of theirs - only went because my dad was
a baseball fan but I'm glad I did 'cause he died not long after that. As of this
year we have the Rays for spring training which makes no sense to me because
Tampa is only 80 miles up the road from their camp. I don't care for baseball
but I really liked the series Ken Burns did about it; I like history.
