I think you are wrong on this one fossil.
This looks very much like the roman road bridge not far from Nîmes in the south
of France. I have driven over it myself a couple of times. It is quite narrow,
but still in use.

looks like both a bridge and an aqueduct. Bridge below & water on top.
Quite amazing when you think about aqueducts and what they did, how far they
spanned, the changes they allowed to happen.
