Hey fossil digger!
You really like the ancient stuff do you not?
I prefer the neolithic time myself. Cool stone tools and the emergence of metallurgy, permanent settlements and none of this chasing of dangerous animals along the bleak shores on the fringes of the inland ice with nothing but skimpy tents to live in...

You're becoming even more of a windbag, f_d; that's a lot of text. Surely a link would suffice?

sorry 3053, i could not decide to post the link or the text. i thought the text might get read more than a link. i know i'm always suspicious of any links, to click or not to click....:~}
27251: i try not to limit my acquisition of knowledge to any specific time period, but i am partial to the cretaceous (65 myo)- the early Devonian (400 myo). solving the kt boundry mystery i think will bring about a need to explore new and very exciting excavation sites.

i also would one day like to trek to Siberia to collect mammoth tusks. i have a great site in Montana for fossil collecting as well as agatized petrified wood (a personal favorite). alas my rock saw has gone belly up and have resorted to going to Brookhaven community college to utilize their resources. they have a 36" saw that's real nice. mine was only 12" and large specimens were harder to get perfect with my polisher, alot more time and grit to smooth

what is your story 27251?
we seem to have mutual interests.
are you like myself in that you prefer not to pursue a monetary carrer in the field and prefer to reasearch your own theories?

when can we expect to see your mug shot on 613?
you said your father was tunisian. were you born there? or are you from the U.S.? just wondering

So far, I prefer to remain relatively anonymous...

Why do you always miss the point, f_d? By "relatively anonymous", he means he's my cousin.
