One of my customers motors "in process". 2.4 Hyundai/Mitsu hyrid with a sweet assed GT35r dual ball bearing turbo(w/ceramic coated turbine section and center cartridge), SFP ceramic coated exh. header, majorly reworked Forrester intake manny, individual coil on plug ignition, HV oil pump, forged Wisecos hung on Pauter forged custom rods, ported head/big valves, Comp Cams/3G lifters and all set up to be controlled by an EMS.

500+ daily driveability on pump gas then dial it up to 30+psi of boost, dump in some race gas and step it up to 650 minimum HP for a solid ass rompin time at the track.

Makes for a FUN toy when you drop it an AWD chassis !

I hate to break this to ya Woberto but 30 is NOT even the top end limit of boost this set up is capable of. 35 psi is realistically the threshold THIS set up is capable of, not 30.
There are no hammer marks etc because I do a better job of things than that. Hammers are only used by idiots to do ANYTHING on a motor. There are no gaskets or beads of silicone left because as part of my process I trim away any excesses. I like the finished product to be both mechanically AND visually appealing :>winking
smiley

Lastly, the reason this is a Hyundai crank/block morphed together with all other parts as Mitsu is that Mitsu never produced this particular block in a 2.4 configuration, though they did sell the rights to produce it to Hyundai, who did.
