Go to properties. Pick desktop. In the space where it asks for position, pick stretch. The picture will then fill your monitor. It was supposed to be titled "Darth Chocolate." My bad.

As for the finite flame, I am reminded of the words of Patrick Swayze from the movie "Roadhouse." "Opinions vary."

opinions vary? mate i could pretty much be certain that 99% of people would agree this is a shit wallpaper. only the nerdiest of star wars fans would find this remotely interesting.

This would look HORRIBLE on a 1280x1024 or higher monitor. the picture is 1024x768 as is
