This is a photograph of Terry Fox's Marathon Of Hope in 1980. He had planned to
run across Canada, starting in Newfoundland and ending in British Columbia, to
raise funds for cancer research but sadly 143 days in, his own cancer got the
better of him and he died before he got to finish. This week is the 25th
anniversary of that run.
