There are so many excellent pictures that deserve the top spot but do they have a chance? With so few votes on initially being uploaded just 1 negative vote can take a good picture straight off the top rated list!

Does there need to be a new system put in place for the top viewed and top rated, because as I see it the first thing anyone coming onto this site see's are the links on the left hand side, hence they will probably always remain the top viewed.
