As the old saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink, and in the U.S. there are an awful lot of people who resemble the south end of a northbound horse, they'll back up to the water and crap in it because they've been told the water is good for them but they figure that's part of a conspiracy to control their minds.
