A few years ago we nearly bought 38 Wave St.
Bid on it but decided against it at whatever price it went for in the end.
It went down in an hour or two at our place, but still doesn't help. Damage was done. Some guys a few doors up who weren't hope to mop up have been out of their place from NYE to today and counting.
The annoying thing is I knew flooding was an issue; we're 50m from the canal. But it wasn't the canal... we moved the cars next to the canal for safety.
